✧ ARRIVAL

Our practice overlooks the River Nene, and is located within the stunning Fletton Quays development.

The majority of our patients park in the multi storey car park behind us, or at the free local Asda car park which is a 5 minute walk away over the bridge.

We are super easy to find, with our entrance being right next to the river.

Our immediate neighbour is the Hilton Hotel under construction.

If you are a new patient, or have not been to us in the last 12 months, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment.

✧ AT THE PRACTICE

Our waiting room looks out onto the River Nene and Peterborough Cathedral, and our reception and waiting areas are carefully designed to be calm and relaxing. 

During your first visit, you will be asked to fill in some registration forms either in writing or on your smart device.

This can take 15 minutes, so we ask that all patients arrive at least 15 minutes early for the appointment start time.

The forms cover the medical history and contact information.

There is also a consent form for our cancellation policy (48 hours, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable), and a form acknowledging that patients will be seen on a private dentist basis.

Once we have finished the preliminary paperwork, you will be taken to the treatment room where you will meet your clinical team.

✧ WITH THE DENTIST

Your Dental Nurse will meet with you in the reception area and bring you into the clinical area and introduce you to your dentist.

What happens next will depend on the reason for your appointment but generally it will always start with a conversation about your dental history and your expectations, and this will be followed up with an examination where we assess the teeth and gums and other important areas of the mouth.

Many patients will need a radiograph to help diagnose their problems. 

And where possible, we will do the required treatment at the first appointment.

The dentist will have a discussion about your diagnosis and the options for treatment. 

We will offer you a written printed treatment plan and usually leaflets related to the treatment options. 

We will also discuss payment options.

We have designed out treatment rooms so that they are child and disabled friendly as well as warm and welcoming. 

Our team is trained to be attentive to your every need.

If you would like to be accompanied by a relative or friend during your examination, please let us know when you arrive and we will be happy to see you both.

✧ RADIOGRAPHS (X-RAYS)

We have invested in the very latest x-ray equipment so that we can offer the safest and best quality radiographic Imaging. 

We offer full mouth x-rays (Panoramic) which are 2D and show almost all the structures with amazing clarity.

Our CBCT scan allows us to take full mouth 3D scans of the whole mouth including sinuses, TMJ’s and the floor of mouth. 

Because we offer the very latest technology we are also providing a popular referral service for other dental practices.
